This field in Physical Inventory Shrinkage History (MPH) shows the quantity of this item that was involved in year-to-date (YTD) shrinkage incidents. Each grid entry displays the quantity for one shrinkage type only. Thus, the same item may appear in the grid more than once if it has more than one shrinkage type.
If you are adding a shrinkage record (by pressing the Add button on the toolbar), enter the quantity of YTD shrinkage for the shrinkage type you entered in the Shrinkage Type field.
