This field is in Inventory Maintenance. You access it by clicking the Additional Codes Flags hyperlink at the bottom of the Codes tab. A set of default Hazardous Codes is included on the system, but you can modify the default hazardous codes, add your own, or delete an existing hazardous code by using Hazardous Codes Maintenance, accessed in Inventory Maintenance when you click Misc and select option Z "Hazardous Code Maintenance." These codes determine if hazardous items can be shipped via ground, air, rail or water vessel. Besides just setting the Yes/No field, you can also set quantity and weight restrictions on how much of the product can be shipped on certain transportation types.
For iNet release 2.4, only the Ground Shipment Allowed and Cargo Shipment allowed fields are used. See Epicor Compass® iNet eBusiness online help for more information.
