Run the Alternate Part Number Report (Report RAP) to print a list of serial numbers sold that day. You can put this report in an end-of-day queue.
From the Reports menu, click Inventory Reports, and then click Alternate Part Number Report (RAP). The Alternate Part Number Report window displays.
From the Print page, review the default entries in the fields and make changes if needed. For a definition of each field, click here.
Click 
. A page of fields displays.
In the Report Type field, enter W (Print Serial Number List).
In the Options field, enter H (Only Sold Serial Numbers).
Click 
. A page of fields displays.
Enter a Y in the field to the right of Date Sold (Serial #), as shown in the following example.
Click Run if you are running this report now, or click Queue if you are adding this report to a queue. For more information about creating queues, click here.
