Purging Sold Serial Numbers

Run the Alternate Part Number Report (Report RAP) to purge serial numbers which have been sold and were added to the system more than a specified number of months ago.

1. From the Reports menu, click Inventory Reports, and then click Alternate Part Number Report (RAP). The Alternate Part Number Report window displays.

2. In the Report Type field, enter U.

3. In the Options field, enter Z (Purge Serial Numbers Sold More Than X Months Ago).

4. Enter the appropriate number of months in the Purge Sold Serial #'s Added More Than __Months Ago field.

5. Press RUN.
