Create and Use QuickFind Grids

This task is performed from the Eagle Browser. The items you want to assign to the quick find grid must exist in the store before beginning this task.

Access the Quickfind grid

From the Eagle Browser, click POS. From the Tools menu, click Setup QuickFind.

Label the QuickFind grid

Assign the following categories to identify the items:

• Main Group

• Sub Group

• Type

• Description

Label the rows and columns.

Assign the items

Type the SKUs in the appropriate cell of the table, matching the column and row labels. Click Change.

Start using QuickFind at POS

From the POS window, click Quickfind.

Select the category, and subcategory if necessary.

When the grid appears, click the item you want to sell. You will return to the POS item entry screen.

Type the quantity and press <Enter>.
