You can use the Manufacturers Prices dialog box to look up the manufacturer's price on a part that isn't in PartExpert or Interchange.
To look up a manufacturer's price, do the following:
On the main LaserCat 3 results window, select Lookup>Manufacturer's Prices or press <Crtl>+<M> on the keyboard.
The Manufacturer Prices dialog opens.
Select the manufacturer you want from the Manufacturer drop down list.
The manufacturer's coverage type displays in the Coverage drop-down list.
Tip: Click the All check box to search all Activant manufacturer lines, not just the ones carried by your default supplier.
Type the part number and click Go.
Information about the part displays in the dialog.
If the part has been superseded, the new part number displays in the Superseding Part Number field. You can then click Find to look up prices for the new part.
Click Print to print the price list.
Click Applications to perform a BuyerAssist lookup on the selected part.
