The Catalog Data field lets you see whether your data is up to date or not.
The Lic. column tells you what licensed features are available.
The Sup. column indicates whether or not a feature is enabled for the currently selected supplier. If a feature tab is currently grayed out and unavailable, this screen can tell you why.
The User column tells you whether you have permission to use a particular feature.
For Example: In this screen to the right, all features are licensed (they all have a Y next to them) but the currently selected supplier is not set up to work with all of them. So, even though the current User has permission to use Cover-to-Cover, the Cover-to-Cover data is unavailable because the current supplier is not set up for it.
The other information, such as the version of LaserCat 3 and the Data Server are important to have on hand when contacting Activant Solutions professional services.
