Modifying How Andersen Options are Kept

(Andersen Windows Import users only)

By default, the Andersen options are kept by system (one setting for the entire system).  However, you may want to define the Andersen options by store (one setting for each store), terminal (one setting for each terminal), or user (one setting for each user).

1. Display the Options Configuration window.

2. Click the arrow to the right of the Subsystem box and select Andersen from the drop-down list.

3. Click the arrow to the right of the Options box and select E4W - Eagle for Windows from the drop-down list.

4. Click Display.  All of the Andersen options display in the grid.

5. Click on an option for which you want to change the Kept By method.

6.  Click Misc.

7. Click Change Kept By From. The Change How Kept By dialog box displays.

8. Click on the Kept By method you want, and click OK.

9.  You must now assign the option for each store, for each terminal, or for each user, depending on the Kept By method you selected.
