If option 8959 “Run POS in Central Order Desk mode?” = Yes
- And Customer Central Order Desk Store is set to use the lock-in store (not specified/blank)—After selecting the customer and while transitioning to posting, POS displays a store prompt which defaults to the lock-in store. Select the desired store and proceed to process the order from the designated store.
- And Customer Central Order Desk Store is set to Ask— After selecting the customer and while transitioning to posting, POS displays a store prompt to select the store. Select the desired store and proceed to process the order from the designated store.
- And Customer Central Order Desk Store is set to a store—After selecting the customer and when transitioning to posting, POS automatically assigns the order to the Customer’s Central Order Desk Store, and proceeds to process the order from the designated store.
