Looking Up Transactions

You can look up any transaction stored in the system. Transactions that may be stored in your system include sales, credits, estimates, open quotes, bids, orders, special orders, and suspended transactions. The configuration of your system (including the POS software level and other purchase options) determines which transaction you can save and recall on your system.

You can look up transactions in POS using one of the following methods:

On the Header Screen, click MENU and on the Header menu, click View Documents to display the "All Types" Viewer.

If you know the transaction number of the document: On the toolbar, click Special Order, Order, or Quote and type the transaction number in the box.

If you have the Epson TM-J7100 printer that prints a barcode representation of the document number, place your cursor in the Customer field and scan the barcode to retrieve the transaction.
