Printing Prices on Saved Transactions

You can have prices or not print on saved transactions. The total price always prints.

To print prices

1. On the Header Screen, display the saved transaction you want to print or not print prices.

2. In the Prt Prices box, type Y to print prices, or type N to not print prices (the total price still prints).

3. Press change. The change is saved.

• You can set the default Prt Prices flag for estimates, quotes, and open quotes in the option "Print Prices on Estimates" (ID# 160) in Options Configuration.

• You can set the default flag for orders in the *Price Pick Tkt field in Customer Maintenance.
