From and To range. If you want to limit the information that prints on the Sales Analysis Report (RSA), enter the range in the From and To fields.
If you use the Department From and To fields, use Print Option E.
Multistore: Departmental history is store-specific. To include sales in all stores for the department specified, leave the Store field blank.
Use the Salesperson From and To fields to print only those accounts with a salesperson code assigned to it in Customer Maintenance.
The system uses the salesperson code in Customer Maintenance, NOT the salesperson code on the transaction, to determine whether to print the account.
Note: The results you get from limiting the report by salesperson code may not match the sales reported for that salesperson. The differences are due to:
clerks overriding the salesperson code in point-of- sale
sales made by the salesperson to customers that don't have him or her as an assigned salesperson
Use the Sales Dollars From and To fields to select a range of period-to-date (PTD), year-to-date (YTD), or last year sales and rank only those accounts with sales dollars in that range.
For example: You enter Y in the parentheses next to Sales Dollars. You enter 4000 in the Sales Dollars From field and 9000 in the Sales Dollars To field. The report prints only those accounts whose YTD sales are 4000 to 9000. The system uses the Sales Dollars From and To fields even if they are blank. Also, negative sales dollars amounts distort the percentages that the report calculates. Therefore, the system excludes accounts with a negative amount in the period you specify (P, Y, or L).
For example: You leave the Sales Dollars From and To fields blank, and the default of P in the parentheses next to Sales Dollars. The system excludes any account whose PTD sales is negative.
Use the Std Selling Price (Standard Selling Price) From and To fields to print only those accounts with a specific standard selling price (this comes from Customer Maintenance). Valid entries are:
A = Average cost.
C = Replacement cost.
R = Retail.
L = List.
1 = Price 1 of the price matrix.
2 = Price 2 of the price matrix.
3 = Price 3 of the price matrix.
4 = Price 4 of the price matrix.
5 = Price 5 of the price matrix.
If you want to print information for all customers, leave the From and To fields blank.
