(Epicor Eagle⢠Systems with SCO operating system only)
Do the following to test Eagle Alerts.
Go into Options Configuration and set the option to "Allow user-defined reminders" to "Yes". You can set it back to "No" after the test is done if you do not plan to use Reminders.
In an Eagle Alert User Profile, make sure the "Reminder" option is set to "Y" or "M".
Display the Eagle Browser and click on "Alerts" on the left-hand side of the screen.
On the "Alerts" screen, click "Viewer" to display the Eagle Alerts Viewer.
In the Eagle Alerts Viewer, click the "Misc." button and then select "Schedule Reminder."
Fill in the screen as follows. You only have to fill in the fields highlighted in Red:
Click OK.
When you click "Alerts" in the Eagle Browser, you should see the reminder.
Click on the date or time of the reminder.
From the "Alert Detail" screen that displays, click Delete to remove the alert from the system's "Current Alerts".
If you don't want to use reminders at this time, go back into Options Configuration and set "Allow user-defined reminders" to "No."
