Document Management is your gateway to a "paperless" office. In addition to the full Document Management Suite, Epicor also offers the "Signature Capture Suite" which supports businesses who primarily deal with receipts (vs. invoices), who have a high percentage of in-store charge accounts, and who simply do not require all the capabilities we offer in our full Document Management solution. Such businesses may or may not use Protobase for credit authorization, but still want to capture signatures at point-of-sale for their in-store charge accounts.
the Signature Capture Suite provides Signature Capture, Electronic Journal Entry, and the ability to tile signed receipts onto customer statements for your customer mailings. You also have full laser printing capabilities so you can save on the expense of pre-printed forms. QuickRecall is a prerequisite for this solution, and it comes with two user licenses for one location with the option to purchase additional users and locations. Epicor also offers a lower cost signature capture pad to support users who don’t need an integrated credit card reader with their signature pad.
