Below is a list of reports in your end-of-day, end-of-month, and end-of-year queues that need to be run in a particular order. Note that you may have other reports that you have placed in a queue that must be run in a particular order, so make sure you understand the implications before changing the order of reports. For example, if you run Electronic File Maintenance (EFM) in a queue, and also run RFL Option F in the same queue, then the EFM must run before the RFL.
In your end-of day queue(s): The Price Exception Report (RPE) must run before the Daily Inventory Update Report (RDI).
In your end-of-month and end-of-year queues:
The Sales Analysis Report (RSA) that ranks your customers based on volume or profit dollars must be run before the RSA Option P, because the latter report clears out the information that the former report uses.
Note: The RSA with Option P is included in your end-of-month queue only if you keep expanded customer history.
The Department Report (RDE) that is run with Report Format S and Option T must be run before the RDE that is run with Report Format A, Option T, Use Period/Year field set to Y. The reason is that the latter report clears out the information that the former report uses.
If you want to print year-to-date finance charges on your final statement run of the year, you must run statements before the A/R Flexible Report (RFR) runs on the last day of your fiscal year.
