If you are affiliated with a distributor whose prices are encoded, enter the distributor's abbreviated name in this System option in Options Configuration. If you are not sure if a distributor transmits encoded prices, contact the distributor.
The system refers to this option in Options Configuration when you use the price change programs. The system also uses this field as the default for the Vendor field in Function ERP.This field is alphanumeric. You can enter up to five numbers and letters.
