Viewing Users Associated with a Role

If you use Role-Based Security, use the following procedure to view all the users associated with a particular role.

1. Display the Role-Based Security Assignments by User viewer.

   From the Eagle Browser, click System Management Menu, Security Maintenance Menu, Role-Based Security

   or

   From the Launch bar, enter RBS and press Enter.

2. Click the "by Role" hyperlink.

3. In the By Role viewer, select the role you want to view from the drop-down list, and press Enter.

The users associated with the selected role display in the viewer. Below is an example of the Viewer for both single store and multistore. "Yes" in the Store column(s) means that the user has the selected role assigned to them in the specified store. The "User Enabled" column specifies whether the user has been changed from Terminal-Based to Role-Based Security.
