You can maintain security information from the Security Maintenance window. You may find, for example, that you want to modify which functions a user can or cannot access on the system. In the Security Maintenance window, you can add additional security capabilities to a particular user or all users. Or, you can remove security capabilities from a particular user or all users.
You can add or remove capabilities individually or by group. So, for example, if you want to give an employee one additional capability, you could add that capability individually to that employee. However, if you want to add 20 capabilities to several of your employees, you could group those capabilities under a certain name, then copy that group of capabilities to several employees.
