Overview of the Best Rewards Setup Process

The following steps must be completed to set up the Do it Best Corp. Best Rewards® loyalty program on your system:

1. Enroll in the Best Rewards® Customer Loyalty Program through your Do It Best Corp. representative.

2. Once you’ve enrolled, Do it Best Corp. will contact Epicor with your account information. Epicor will contact you to enable the Best Rewards® customer loyalty and telecom update software.

2. Set up security and vendor record for the Best Rewards program

3. Set up loyalty program options

4. Create a Best Rewards coupon SKU in Inventory Maintenance

5. Set up Best Rewards constants in Function TAC

6. Setting Up Best Rewards reporting to Do it Best

7. (Optional) Set the printer to print at the end of transactions

8. Set up your customers
