Click any of the following for a definition of a column in the Ship Later Viewer.

Note: reference fields such as Quantity on Order and Quantity on Hand are from Inventory Maintenance and will not be defined in this topic.

StoreThe store in which the item is on Ship Later.

Item NumberThe SKU number of the item on Ship Later.

Quantity on BackorderThe quantity of the item that is on Ship Later.

Member CostYour replacement cost from True Value for this item.

Ship Later Status
O = Items that are open

I = Items that are being filled on your next order

F = Items being cancelled.  

P = Items being partially filled on your next order

Ship Later DateThe date the item was placed on Ship Later.

Current DateThe date from the Ship Later file (where Ship Later data is stored on your system).

Shipping RDCThe RDC (Regional Distribution Center) from which the item is being shipped.

PO NumberThe original purchase order number on which you ordered the item.

Invoice NumberOriginal invoice on which this item went to Ship Later

02 = Moving to Central ship
03 = Has been Substituted           
05 = Item Temporarily Out
06 = Out For Season
07 = No Longer Stocked     
08 = Has Been Discontinued
10 = Not Authorized to Purchase
11 = Member Requested
12 = Member no longer on Ship Later program
13 = Member Discontinued
15 = No Item Record
16 = Over 30 Days
17 = Manufacturer Recall
19 = Restricted
20 = Credit Issue
