The new print option E on the Receiving Report (RRP) prints only the lines on the PO where the quantity received does not match the quantity posted by ERP (Electronic Receipt Posting). This option works for all hand-held receipt posting methods (RF, IST, LDT/PDT). Note: Option E is only available in Eagle for Windows RRP.
You can now enter the exact quantity of items being returned on Credit or Defective purchase orders, because the system no longer enforces the order multiple and standard pack restriction on these types of POs.
If you have the True Value Catalog for Windows, the system now verifies that each SKU you add to a True Value paint order-- in accordance with a True Value mandate-- is in buying department K. You simply select Order Type "Paint" and the system will only allow paint items to be added to the PO.
If you have the True Value Catalog for Windows, the system will give a warning if you post less than the full pack quantity of an item with a Broken Carton surcharge. If you decide to order less than the full pack quantity, the system posts the item with the cost from Inventory Maintenance plus the Broken Carton surcharge.
There is a new Option, called "Broken carton charge percent," which only applies to True Value members who have the True Value Catalog for Windows. This option defaults to 0%. To have the broken carton surcharge added to the cost of an item you order in less than the full pack quantity, you must enter in True Value's current broken carton charge (currently 3%). If an item being added to a PO is a broken carton item, the percent in this field is automatically added to the item's cost on the PO.
The following Purchasing and Receiving reports and functions are now available in Eagle for Windows:
