When invoicing an order, special order, estimate, or service order that has items without a price, a clerk with this security bit will get the message "No price entered for X item(s). Do you want to continue? Yes or No". A clerk without this bit will get the message "No price entered for X item(s). Unable to invoice. Press OK."
651— "Clear amount remaining in Windows ROA"
653— "Allow entering Apply-To number on POS Credit Memo"
654— "(MO) Allow GP% less than minimum when cost or price manually entered." The ability to override the Gross Profit % less than minimum when cost or price is manually entered.
