This option only applies to Pick/Pack/Ship users. It does not apply to Customer Order Management users.
(Option ID# 5088) This PKPS option in Options Configuration determines whether or not all items print on a pick ticket.
Yes = The pick ticket will print all items – regardless of status (on order, picked, shipped, or backordered items).
No = Pnly items that have not been picked and are available to be picked will print. This means line items that are completely backordered, already picked, or shipped will not print. Note that if you "Reprint Warehouse Pick Ticket" (Choice "R" from the POS Shipping confirmation menu), you will be asked which version(s) you want to print. Thus, multiple versions can be printed on a single reprinted pick ticket.
B = Print backorders on Pick Tickets. All items will print on the Pick Ticket for ONLY the first release of the order (where version = 1). Then subsequent Pick Tickets will print the items being released AND any items that are backordered.
