Use the following procedure to delete a user. An example of when you would use this procedure is when an employee terminates employment and you want to remove his or her access to the system.
Click Misc. A dialog box displays.
Click Add/Delete User. A dialog box displays.
Click Delete a User. The Delete a User dialog box displays.
In the User box, enter the user you want to delete.
In the Store box, leave the default of 1.
Multistore: Use the drop-down list to select the store from which you want to delete the user, or select All Stores or a Store Group.
Click OK.
Click Yes to confirm your selection.
