Deleting a User

Use the following procedure to delete a user. An example of when you would use this procedure is when an employee terminates employment and you want to remove his or her access to the system.

  1. Display the Options Configuration window.

  2. Click Misc. A dialog box displays.

  3. Click Add/Delete User. A dialog box displays.

  4. Click Delete a User. The Delete a User dialog box displays.

  5. In the User box, enter the user you want to delete.

  6. In the Store box, leave the default of 1.

    Multistore: Use the drop-down list to select the store from which you want to delete the user, or select All Stores or a Store Group.

  7. Click OK.

  8. Click Yes to confirm your selection.
