Using Eagle Chat

As of Release 29.1, you can launch Eagle Chat from eBrowser to contact the Eagle Advice Line.

Note: You must be set up in EpicCare to use the chat service.

  1. Click the Eagle Chat icon in the Eagle N Series ribbon to launch Eagle Chat.

  1. Enter your Customer Number and Contact information.
  2. Enter your question or other information in the Your Question dialog box and click Submit.

You are connected to a support agent.

  1. Use the dialog box to continue your query. You can send additional information and screen shots, change fonts size and print your conversation.
