The Item Bin Labels Report (RBL) prints bin labels from the Inventory File, Price Change File, Purchasing File, Promotion File, or Item Change File. Typically you'll select the Promotion File to print promotion signs for your store (rather than actual bin labels).
You can print bin labels from a standard report printer, or if you have purchased Windows Labels or Labelworks, you can print them from your PC's laser printer. If you're using the Windows Labels program, your printer must be set up as a network printer in Modify Printer Status (Function MPS).
If you're using a report printer, make sure the printer's settings are set up correctly for printing bin labels.
From the Eagle Browser, click Reports Menu, Inventory Reports, Item Bin Labels (RBL). The Bin Label Printing Report window displays.
If you have set up a Default Report Profile for this report, you can simply click Run to use the defaults. Or, you can retrieve a saved report, make any necessary changes, and click Run. Otherwise, continue with the next step.
From the File to Use page, click the file you want to use to create your bin labels: Inventory, Price Change, or Purchasing, Promotion, or Item Change.
