This field is on the Main tab of the Customer Maintenance window.
Enter a message that you want the clerks to see at POS.
For example: You want to remind clerks that a signature is required for this account, so you type Signature Required. When a clerk displays this account at POS, the message displays and the clerk is reminded to get a signature.
If you need more space to type information, you can use:
the Names tab to enter persons authorized to charge to this account
the Notes tab to enter a longer message
This field is numeric. You can enter up to 64 letters and numbers.
