This field is on the Main tab and the Credit tab of the Customer Maintenance window.
Keep Department Sales History.
Indicates if you want to track this account's purchases by department. You can view this information in the Customer Maintenance window, the Dept tab. You can print this information with Report RSA (Sales Analysis Report).
Y = Keep department sales history. The system keep all sales (net sales) for the main account and job accounts, for each department and each store.
N = Do not keep department sales history.
If this is a transfer account, enter Y. The system keeps track of the dollar amount transferred to this store. This is the only long-term summary you have of transfers between stores.
This field defaults to N.
