This field is on the Main tab of the Customer Maintenance window, and also displays in the Department tab.
This is the pricing level that applies to this account.
If you plan to assign a matrix price to an account (items 1-5 in the list below), you must first set up matrix prices in the Price Matrix Maintenance window, which is accessed from the GoTo menu in Inventory Maintenance. Click here for more information on setting up matrix prices.
A = Use average cost. The system will not give a promotion or discount.
C = Use replacement cost. The system will not give a promotion or discount.
L = Use list price.
R = Use retail price.
Q = Use retail but do not allow quantity breaks.
1 = Use level 1 of the price matrix.
2 = Use level 2 of the price matrix.
3 = Use level 3 of the price matrix.
4 = Use level 4 of the price matrix.
5 = Use level 5 of the price matrix.
