Finalized

This field in the Open Item Maintenance window indicates whether this is a finalized transaction.

A finalized transaction is one that printed on Report RDJ (Daily Journal Report), Option F.

You cannot delete a finalized transaction without leaving an audit trail. This means that the deleted transaction:

• prints on Report RDJ

• displays in reverse video

Y = Yes. This is a finalized transaction. You can only change the following fields:

• Apply To

• Ref

• Codes

• Disputed

• Dates

N = No. This is not a finalized transaction.
