This field in the Open Item Maintenance window is the terms discount for the transaction.
You can enter an amount or let the system calculate it.
If the system calculates the terms discount, it uses the account's terms code (from the Customer Maintenance window) to determine the discount percentage.
This field is numeric. You can enter up to eight numbers.
