Trial Balance Subtotal Level.
On the Trial Balance Report (Report RGTR), you decide how and where to print subtotals. You have nine levels of subtotals available to you.
The system automatically provides subtotals. However, if you want to change the way the Trial Balance report prints subtotals, look at the table below to see how subtotals work (note that the account numbers used in the table are just examples). Then, enter the appropriate subtotal level in the T/B Subtotal Level field.
The table illustrates how the system moves up the Trial Balance Report, adding individual account balances until it finds a subtotal greater than or equal to itself.
