In this field, in General Journal Transactions, is the person or program that created, or is in the process of creating, a transaction. For example, if you are going to manually enter transactions, or review unposted transactions you previously entered, enter your user name in the User Code box. If you want to review transactions created when the Daily Journal Report (Report RDJ) passed off to General Ledger, enter RDJZ in the User Code box. If you want to view all unposted transactions, leave the User Code box blank, and press DISPLAY.
