When changing the status code of a Transfer to C (complete), one of the following messages may display:
You are not in the To-store. Press Enter to 'Complete' or Clear to retry. Usually you complete a transfer when you are at (or locked into) the To-store. You can ignore the message and press Enter to change the status to C. Or, you can press Clear and change the status to R (request) or S (ship).
You are not in the From-store. Press Enter to 'Ship' or Clear to retry. If you are receiving payment for the transfer, you want to be at the From-store so that the payment is reflected in that store's end-of-day reports. Press Clear and then press Total to finish the transfer with a status R (request).
Unable to ship when the From-store is blank. The transfer status cannot be changed until you fill in the From-store. If you do not yet know the From-store, press Clear and press Total to leave the From-store field blank and finish the transfer with a status R (request). Later when you recall the transfer to ship it, you can enter the From-store.
