Once you've set up a report to your specifications, you can save it for future use. Saved reports always open to the same page that they were saved from. For this reason, you should save from the page you're most likely to change the next time you run the report. For example, you may want to save from the or page, because these pages are commonly changed each time you run a report.
From the desired page of a report window, click Save. The Save Report dialog displays.
In the Desc box, enter a name for your saved report. We suggest you name the report in a way that is easily remembered, such as using your initials and then the name of the report (for example, LS EFM, where LS are your initials, and EFM is the name of the report).
Click Save. The report is saved for future use. Click here for information about how to retrieve a saved report.
