This field in the Bin Label report (RBL) is only available when you select the Promotion File as the "File to Use." The purpose of this field is to allow you to add RBL to a daily queue to print labels for promotions whose start date is X number of days away. For example, a daily RBL using the Promotion file with ‘Days before Start’ set to 1 will print labels for promotions whose start date is tomorrow.
When printing the Bin Label report (RBL), if you select Label to Use "Generate File for Label Manager," then in this field, select the number of days before the start date of the promotion to create label batches. If you select more than one promo on the From/To page of the report, a separate batch file is created for each Promo Type. Additionally, if RBL is run with Store=All, and option 5825 is set to Yes, RBL generates a batch file for each store/each promotion type. If option 5825 is set to No, RBL generates a batch file for each promotion type, without regard to Store. Note: This feature doesn’t apply to Progressive Promotions, in which RUP generates a Label File for Label Manager.
