A spooled report is one that has already fully processed, regardless of whether or not it has physically printed. When you spool a report, a copy of the report is available in the Spooler Maintenance window, where you can view the report on the screen. Your end-of-day, month-end, and year-end reports are normally set up to automatically spool before printing, in the event that you need to reprint any or all of them.
