From/To

From and To range.

If you want to limit the information that prints on or is affected by the Physical Inventory Report (RPI), enter the range in the From and To fields.

For example: You enter A123 in the Location From field and A123 in the Location To field. This limits the report so that it only prints information for location A123.

If you want to print information for all locations, leave the Location From and To fields blank.

If you are using Item Lists for Directed Counts, usually you will leave the “Exclude (Y/N)” field set to N to only finalize items on an Item List. However, if you want the system to ignore all items on a specified Item List and only finalize items within the specified From/To range (Sequence/SKU, Department, Class, Fineline, Prime Vendor, Manufacturer, Location, Mfg Part #, Last PI Date and Shrinkage Type), set the “Exclude (Y/N)” field to Y.

Some From and To fields are grouped together on the same line and have an asterisk (*) between them (for example, Dept * Class). You don't have to fill in both fields. (These fields are presented this way because there isn't enough room on the screen.)

Here is a list of the From and To ranges you can use:

• Sequence/SKU

• Dept (department)

• Class

• Prime Vend. (primary vendor)

• Mfr. (manufacturer)

• Fineline

• Location

• Mfg Part # (manufacturer part number)

• Date of Last PI (date of last physical inventory)

• Shrinkage Type
