Deleting a Finance Charge

Use the following procedure to remove a finance charge from an account.

1. Display the Customer Maintenance window.

2. Click Go To.

3. From the Go To list, click Open Item Maintenance. The Open Item Maintenance window displays.

4. Display the account for which you want to delete a finance charge.

5. In the Document Type box, select Finance Charge.

6. Display the finance charge you wish to delete.

7. Click Delete.

8. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
