Viewing Analysis Information

You can view analysis information in Basic Mode, which provides a list of views from which to select. These are the same views that you defined in Advanced Mode.

If you want to know what date Business Advisor is using, do the following:

Open the Analysis screen in Business Advisor
Click “Preferences” and select “Go to Advanced Mode”
Set the Select Data For field to “Report Card”
Set the View By field to “Day”
In the Select Day field, enter the date you are looking at on the Summary screen.
Set Compare To to “Same Day Last Year”

You will now see a date display below the “Compare to.” This is the date Business Advisor is using as the “Same Day Last Year” (based on day of the week, not date).

**note** The MTD and YTD comparison arrows are based on the actual date.

You can also export data from the grid to MicrosoftÒ ExcelÒ or display it in a line, bar, or pie graph.
