About the General Ledger Worksheet Report
Use the Print General Ledger Worksheet (RGWS) report to print a worksheet
for a specified accounting period and a range of financial entities. This
report prints opening balances for accounts in a specific period. You
can use this worksheet to help you organize your transactions so that
you can quickly enter them into the system. You can also use this
report to write the adjustments at the end of the period or year.
The information shown on this report comes from:
- General Journal Transactions (GGMU)
- Recurring Journal Entries (GSJU)
- Company Consolidation (GLCO)
- General Ledger Pass-Off (GLP)
Printing the General Ledger Worksheet Report
- From the Eagle Browser, click General Ledger.
From the General Ledger Menu, under the heading "General Ledger
Reports," click Print General Ledger Worksheet (RGWS). The
Print General Ledger Worksheet report window displays.
- If you have set up a Default
Report Profile for this report, you can simply click Run to use
the defaults. Or, you can retrieve a saved
report, make any necessary changes, and click Run. Otherwise,
continue with the next step.
- From the
page, fill in the blank fields if necessary. For a definition

- From the
page, review the default entries in the
fields and make changes if needed. For a definition of each
field, click here.
- Click Run.
