Online PDF Invoices and Receipts is a purchase option that allows your customers to view virtual exact copies of printed invoices and receipts on your iNet Accounts On-Line site. In order to view these PDF documents, a customer must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on his/her PC. They can download it for free from adobe.com.
Customers can access PDF invoices and receipts by clicking History in the left pane of your Accounts On-Line iNet site. If a PDF copy of the document is available for viewing, a "View PDF Copy" button displays for the customer to click on. Your system must meet the following requirements to use this feature:
You must have an Eagle server using an operating system other than ISC (ISC doesn't support online PDF invoices and receipts), and an iNet site with Accounts On Line.
You must purchase the Document Management application.
Invoices and receipts must be rung up in Epicor Eagle⢠Point-of-Sale for Windows in order to be archived/viewed in Adobe PDF format.
The Eagle for Windows MSY option "PDF Invoice & Receipt Archiving on System" must be turned on by Licensing or the Eagle Advice Line. This option may already be set if it was previously configured for emailing PDF invoices.
For the PDF invoices to include store logos, the pre-printed form layout, and signatures (if you have Signature Capture software and a signature capture device), the invoice printer that prints the invoice must be set up to print laser invoices to a laser printer.
