Searching for Information in Reports

You can search for information in a report displayed in the Report Viewer.

To search for information in a report

1. Display the report in the Report Viewer.

2. On the Tools menu, click Find.

3. In the Search For box, type the information you want to locate in the report.

4. Click Find Next to search.

Tip

You can also click Find Prev to search backwards.
