With Network Access, you can view reports in the Reports Viewer before you print them. The Reports Viewer displays reports previously spooled. You access the Spooler in Function MSP.
At the Network Access Main Menu, type MSP and press enter.
At Report Name, type the name of the report you want to display (for example, RDS).
Note: Reports display alphabetically in the spooler (for example, RDJ precedes RDS). Individual reports are sequenced from the oldest to the newest run time (for example, the RDS with the original run time of 03/14/01 would precede the RDS with the original run time of 03/15/01).
Press display.
At Original Runtime, verify that the date and time is the same as when you ran the report. Press next item to advance to the next report, if necessary.
Press Shift+Next Screen. The report displays in the report viewer.
