A/R Statements (RSM)

Sample Statement

Use the following procedure to print accounts receivable statements whether you're using a standard printer or a laser printer.  Note that the ability to print laser statements is a purchase option, and requires prior setup. Click here for more information.

Printing Statements

  1. From the Network Access Main Menu, type MPS and press ENTER. The Modify Printer Status screen displays.  

  2. Display the printer number that you will be using to print statements.

  3. Check the box at the bottom of the screen. If both the Number of Entries in Queue and the Name of Active Report fields are blank, continue with step 4. Otherwise, you must either wait for the current reports to print, or use a different printer to print statements.

  4. Type STMT in the Form Used in Printer field, then press CHANGE.

  5. Load your statement forms in the printer, unless you are printing laser statements on blank paper.  

  6. If you are using a standard Epicor printer, make sure the characters per inch are set correctly on your printer.

  7. From the Eagle Browser, click Reports, Accounts Receivable Reports, A/R Statements (RSM). The A/R Statement Report window displays.

  8. On the page, fill in the appropriate fields. If you are printing laser statements, be sure to select Y (Laser statements), C (Laser Statements collated with tiled invoices), or T (Tiled invoices only) in the Laser Statements field.

  1. Click  .  A  page of options displays.

  1. Click . A new page of fields displays. Fill in the desired fields to limit the customers for whom statements print. If you want to print statements for all customers, leave the From and To fields blank. For a definition of each field, click here.

  2. (Optional) Click .  A new page of fields displays.  Fill in the desired fields to include or exclude groups of customers. For a definition of each field, click here.

  3. Click Run. If you specified a number of test statements to print (on the Print Setup screen), the test statements print.  Align the statement forms as necessary.

  4. Once the statements have finished printing, verify that they printed correctly. If they didn't, you can reprint statements as many times as necessary without affecting the records in your Epicor Eagleā„¢ system.

  5. If you are satisfied with the statements, remove the statement forms from the printer (if applicable) and reload regular paper.
