Deleting a BOM

Use the following procedure to delete an entire Bill of Materials (BOM). If you want to delete components rather than the entire BOM, see "Deleting BOM Components."

Note: this process doesn't delete either the header SKU or the component SKUs from your inventory file. See Deleting Items if you need to delete the actual SKUs.

Deleting a BOM

1. Display the Maintain Bill of Materials window.

2. In the BOM (SKU) field, type the SKU of the BOM you want to delete, and press ENTER. The BOM header and its components display.

3. Click Delete. The Delete Bill of Materials dialog box displays.

4. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
