Voiding an Item from a POS Transaction

1. Locate the line item you want to void.

2. Press void.

3. In the Line box, type the line number you want to void. If there are several lines you want to void, you must void them one at a time. You cannot enter a list or range of line numbers to be voided.

4. Press enter.

**Item Voided** replaces the line item and its extended price is deducted from the subtotal. This line prints on the cash receipt, but will not print on the invoice.

Tip

• If the Receipt Printer Opt field is set to "EN" in Function MTR, line item voids will not print on the cash receipt.
