Using the Shortcut Menu on Checkboxes

You can right-click on a check box in a grid to display a shortcut menu. Then, select a menu option to do the following:

Check Boxes

Displays a column containing check boxes. This allows you to select or clear rows. To select rows, click the check box or right-click the check box column, then click Select All. When the rows you want to see are selected, right-click the checkbox column and click Refine Selection. Only the selected rows display.

When you export a grid that includes check boxes, only the selected rows are exported.

Refine Selection

Removes all cleared rows from the grid.

Select All

Selects all rows.

Select Row

Selects the selected row.

Show Totals Only

Only the subtotal and grand total rows display; not the data rows.

Unrefine Selection

Displays all rows, both selected and cleared.

Unselect All

Clears all rows.

Unselect Row

Clears the selected row.
