Epicor Eagleā¢ Labels for Windows users only.
Use the following procedure to quickly and easily print laser labels for a single inventory item. This procedure assumes the following:
You have a label printer (such as a Zebra printer) that prints labels one after another on a roll.
You have purchased the Windows Labels program.
The label design you are using only includes fields from Inventory Maintenance. If the label design uses fields from other files (such as the Promotion file, the Price Change file, etc.), do not use this procedure. Instead, print the labels using the procedure "Printing Inventory Labels from RLA/RBL.."
When printing labels for a single item, the system uses the price label or bin label format you specified as the default in the Options Configuration window.
Make sure you have labels in the printer.
From the Inventory Maintenance window, click Misc, then click Print a Label. The Print Label dialog displays.
Note: "Print a Label" will not display on the Misc menu if the option "WinIMU Go To Menu displays entries that have a Hotlink" is set to No. If this is the case, you can access the "Print a Label" function by simply clicking the Print a Label hyperlink (hotlink) from the Codes tab of Inventory Maintenance.
In the SKU box, enter the SKU of the item for which you want to print labels.
In the Quantity box, enter the quantity of labels you want to print.
If you entered a number in the Number of Bin Labels box in Inventory Maintenance for the item for which you're printing bin labels, that number will supersede the number in this field (this applies to bin labels only, not to price labels).
In the Printer box, click on the printer at which you want the labels to print.
In the Label Type box, click Bin Label or Price Label.
In the Print or Batch box, leave the default of Print Immediately.
If you are using a partial sheet of labels, enter the "Starting Column" and "Starting Row".
Click OK.
