The Item Price Labels Report (RLA) prints price labels from the Inventory File, the Price Change File, the Purchasing File, or the Transfer file (multistore only).
You can print price labels on a standard report printer, or if you have purchased Windows Labels or Labelworks, you can print them on your PC's laser printer.
If you're using an Epicor report printer, make sure the printer's settings are set up correctly for printing price labels.
From the Eagle Browser, click Reports Menu, Inventory Reports, Item Price Labels (RLA). The Price Label Printing Report window displays.
If you have set up a Default Report Profile for this report, you can simply click Run to use the defaults. Or, you can retrieve a saved report, make any necessary changes, and click Run. Otherwise, continue with the next step.
From the File to Use page, click on the file you want to use to create your labels: Inventory, Price Change, Purchasing, or Transfer.
From the page, fill in the desired fields. For a definition of each field, click here.
Click . A page of fields displays. In the Label to Use field, do one of the following:
If you are printing labels with a standard Epicor printer, select Small, Medium, or Large Labels.
If you are printing laser labels using the Windows Labels program, select "Windows Labels".
If you will be using the Windows Labels program to "Import" labels from RLA, select "Generate File for LabelWorks/Label Manager".
If you are printing laser labels using the Labelworks program, select "Generate File for LabelWorks/Label Manager."
Fill in the other fields as desired in the Options window. For a definition of each field, click here.
Click . A page of fields displays. Fill in the desired fields to limit the items for which labels print. For a definition of each field, click here.
(Optional) Click . A page of fields displays. Fill in the desired fields to include or exclude groups of items. For a definition of each field, click here.
(Optional) Click . A page of fields displays. Fill in the fields if you want to fax the report.
For a definition of each field, click here.
Click Run.
Remove the labels from the printer. If you used an Epicor report printer, make sure you adjust the printer back to its normal settings.
